Krendl leads the daily operations at Magical Solutions, Incorporated with over twenty years of performance know-how in front of the crowds and behind the curtain. His keen understanding of vital performance principals and practical application in any number of live situations is the major reason for the growing success of MSI and the trust he has earned with his clients all over the country. Magical Solutions got its name because whether it is small wedding or a large festival, the need is almost always the same; do something memorable and make sure people have a great time and that takes a real magician. Krendl has the uncanny ability to match talent with an audience and squeeze the most from any entertainment budget. Krendl, while enjoying the eyes of the crowd as a performer and emcee, enjoys the people that put the magic together on a daily basis . “Working with creative and talented people is very rewarding and the reason I can do what I do.”, says Krendl.  When asked what matters most in his business, Krendl confidently explains, “The audience, because if they are happy, keeping clients happy takes care of itself.”

Every organization has that one person that is a keystone  individual possessing unique talents perfect for the business. That person at Magical Solutions Incorporated is MJ Sargent! MJ graduated in 2011 from Old Dominion University with a degree in theatre and a passion for the entertainment business. Three months after graduation she began working for Krendl on his magic shows as a lighting tech. Three years later, you can find MJ tending to the needs of any number of production projects that MSI puts together from planning and design to production and daily business. MJ isn’t content with being only behind the scenes. She continues to perform and hone her stage gifts in front of audiences every chance she gets. MJ is an avid fanatic of the one instrument as unique and awesome as she is, the ukulele.

The entertainment business is hectic and while the audience is dazzled by the magic we provide, a lot of detail goes into pulling off a great show. Managing hundreds of events a year and as many as four a day, requires magic of a different kind and a personality that is patient and efficient. Magical Solutions Incorporated  is proud to have at the helm of Event and Talent Management, Jacey Claire Byrne. Jacey brings fifteen years of event planning and coordination to our growing team of entertainment professionals and a flair for “awesome”.  She has been involved with some of MSI’s largest events this past year and a jammed packed calendar in 2014. Jacey can be found with an open laptop, cell phone to her ear and sleeves rolled up, loading in and out of events anywhere MSI is found. We take great pride in the overall customer satisfaction MSI enjoys with our corporate clients and city municipalities all over the state because of such dedication.

Cisco brings twenty three years of marketing expertise in graphic design, publishing, internet marketing, social media and SEO skills to the team of Magical Solutions, Incorporated. Also a drummer and DJ, Cisco is excited to marry his passion of entertainment arts with his career path in marketing and technology. Cisco got his start working in the entertainment business promoting bands, clubs and restaurants in New Jersey and Pennsylvania when he first heard the phrase, “You are a great marketer!” He had never thought of himself as a marketing person and was just being creative and expressing himself in a way that felt good and was fun. “Doing promotions for night clubs was like throwing a party. I didn’t know it was an actual career!”, says Cisco. Little did he know that those values would later become his greatest asset. Cisco enjoys following the latest trends in technology, publishing and design and thrives on fresh ideas and innovative breakthroughs of all kinds. Cisco shares in Krendl’s vision for doing great things and making sure that people in the audience have a great time but more importantly, giving clients that magical something for which they can be proud. 

Alfred Garr is a singer, actor and visionary of stage and screen. From his pioneering role with Spring Branch Community Church to his television commercial personalities, Alfred has a long relationship with the audience. It is his keen understanding of performance that makes Alfred such a powerful part of the MSI team in capturing events, the crowds and what goes on behind the scenes with his camera. Alfred’s photo and video work makes him a valuable addition to the MSI lineup. Alfred and his wife Cheri are entering their seventh year as “The Mayor and Mrs. Beach Street” and server as the ambassadors of good will for the city of Virginia Beach during the busy summer season. They are avid animal lovers and can be greeted with the good Princess Miley anywhere along the oceanfront this summer.
